Born in Naples in 2006, Eleni Pignalosa trained artistically at the Ballet School of the Teatro San Carlo and subsequently at the Hamburg Ballet under John Neumeier. She received a full scholarship to the Académie Princesse Grace in Monte Carlo and participated in documentary productions and international choreographic projects. In 2024, she took part as both choreographer and dancer in the International Week of the Italian Language in the World at the Embassy School in Athens, in an event recorded by RAI3 for the documentary EstOvest. In 2025, she represented the TAM Ballet at the Olympic Flame Handover Ceremony in Athens with the performance Flame Spirit. She is currently a professional dancer with the company.
